Report a Student Absence:
Absence for Sickness or Family Reasons
It is important that you advise the school if your child is going to be absent from school for whatever reason. Please email us at dl.0179.admin@schools.sa.edu.au, or call 8267 1644. You can also contact the classroom teacher via their preferred method of communication.
Please do not send your child to school if unwell. We do not have the facilities to adequately care for sick children.
Extended Absences – 5 Days or More
If your child is going to be absent from school for 5 or more school days for, say, a family holiday, please apply in advance to the Principal for an Exemption from attendance for that time.
Absences of even 1 day at the beginning of the school year will also require an Exemption.
