All children have a physical education lesson each week provided by a specialist sports teacher. These lessons cover a range of skills to develop coordination and sportsmanship as well as developing a number of specific skills to play team sports. As well as daily fitness and skill training students can participate in athletics, Australian Rules, basketball, cricket, dance sport, gymnastics, netball, soccer and volleyball. Participation in SAPSASA carnivals and competitions is encouraged and supported by coaching opportunities during and after school hours.

Sports Day

Once a year the whole school participates in Sports Day. The annual Sports Day combines tabloid events and races.  Each class is involved in a series of different activities and the day culminates with team and individual races. It is a real team builder and lots of fun and excitement for the students.

Swimming/Aquatics

R-5 swimming lessons are held in Term 4 at the North Adelaide Swimming Centre. Aquatics for Years 6 occur during Term 2 at West Lakes Aquatic Centre.
