Medication will only be administered when a document of authorisation has been completed and signed by the parent or doctor, as required. Please see office staff for the appropriate form/s.

Parents, or guardians, should ensure that all medication is clearly marked with the students name and dosage in the original packaging. Medication must be left at the school office for safekeeping and administering. Medication is not administered in classrooms by teachers and must not be kept in students bags.
